Mit seinen beiden Megahits "Replay" und "Solo" startete Iyaz auch hierzulande im letzten Jahr durch. Danach gönnte sich der auf den Jugferninseln geborene Sänger erst einmal eine Pause. Er nahm sich die Zeit, um seinen Erfolg kurz zu geniessen und voller Kraft und Kreativität in die Aufnahmen seines kommenden Albums zu starten.
Als erste Single hat Iyaz den Song "Pretty Girls" ausgewählt.
Geschrieben wurde die Nummer von JR Rotem, der bereits viele Singles und Hits für Sean Kingston, oder auch 50 Cent, Jason Derulo und weitere geschrieben und produziert hat. Eines seiner Markenzeichen ist das "Beluga Heights", das oft am Ende eines Songs zu hören ist.
Unterstützt wird Iyaz auf seiner neuen Single von Travie McCoy, der als Sänger der Gym Class Heroes bekannt ist und der zuletzt mit der Single "Billionaire" feat. Bruno Mars von sich Reden machte.
